Our Sense-Able Nature: Mindful Re-Connecting with Nature Workshop - November 9th, 9-10:30 am

Just in time for the holidays...

A great gift-giving opportunity

This workshop will help you re-connect with the natural world using your 54 innate senses/sensibilities (and you thought you only had 5!).

This 90 minute workshop will introduce you to the natural world in a way you haven't experienced it in some time.

Research shows that we spend 95% of our time indoors and we're disconnected 99% of the time when we are outdoors. As a result, we are experiencing depression, anxiety, high levels of stress, ADHD, high rates of suicide, high blood pressure and other health dis-eases.

Kate will guide you through easy-to-do activities that help bring you back to your senses using the cards she developed for this purpose.

Those in attendance will receive $10 off one "Our Sense-Able Nature" cards/guide set. Additional sets will also be on sale and make great gifts for the person who has everything.

Counselors, mental health professionals and teachers will appreciate this gift to use with their students/clients/patients.

This set of 75 mindful activity cards are great for people of all ages and have already been successfully used with 4 year olds all the way up to 83 year olds! They make a great family activity.

$15/person

$25/family

Remember, you'll get $10 off one set of cards as a participant in this workshop so it's like you're only paying $5 for the workshop, valued at $45.

Mindful movement of the body reveals the many stories our body holds as well as allows for new stories to be told. The practice of vinyasa flow yoga helps develop and maintain strength and flexibility in the body. The deep breathing technique used in the practice helps calm the mind, guiding us to focus on the present moment.

Yoga Story offers vinyasa flow, meditation, and community events that help move the body, quiet the mind, and free the spirit! Pause. Practice. Play. Your story starts now!
